Events Payments Policy

To avoid difficulties in funding events Colchester Ramblers have adopted the following policy.

The amount of Deposit required for each event is determined for that event. The Deposit must be paid by the due date and is normally not refundable.
Remaining payments must be made by the dates specified.
If a participant cancels less than 7 days before the event date then the full amount is payable.
Refunds may be made at the discretion of the event organiser and only if a substitute person is found to fill a vacated place.
