To avoid difficulties in funding events Colchester Ramblers have adopted the following policy :-

• The amount of Deposit required for each event is determined for that event. The Deposit must be paid by the due date and is normally not refundable.
  
• Remaining payments must be made by the dates specified.
  
• If a participant cancels less than 7 days before the event date then the full amount is payable.
  
• Refunds may be made at the discretion of the event organiser and only if a substitute person is found to fill a vacated place.

This years Bank Holiday weekend group holiday is being held at the Sheringham YHA, Norfolk, from Friday 27th - Monday 30th August.

Approx cost per person is £95, which includes 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners on Saturday and Sunday Night.
