Directions from Colchester: A12–A130-A127, then take turn on to B148 and immediately turn right at traffic lights, then follow minor road for 1.5 miles to Reserve entrance. Allow 1.25 hours from Colchester (good chance to car share). Morning through wooded Langdon Hills with some stunning views. Afternoon back across hills with distant views of City of London!
